Abstract

The study investigated the motivational factors that could enhance the teaching and understanding of ICT driven cataloging and classification practical classes. It deployed positivist research paradigm using quantitative method by using questionnaire for data collection. The population of the study is one thousand, one hundred and twenty-five (1,125), out of which 110 was sampled using research advisor table for determining sample size. The findings revealed that respondents were averagely motivated toward ICT driven Cataloging and Classification practical classes. Recommendations were made for the provision of cataloging and classification tools as well as extension of the practical classes’ periods, among others.
