USSR), Andaman Islands, Ceylon, China, Formosa, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaya, Pakistan, Philippines, Siam, AFRICA, Agaléga Island, Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles, Uganda, Union of South Africa, Zanzibar, AUSTRALASIA and PACIFIC ISLANDS, Cook Islands, Fiji, Palau Islands, Society Islands, Tonga Islands.
