Abstract
With the development of BIM technology, intelligent building operation and maintenance is undergoing a revolution. This paper outlines the intelligent building operation system (IBMS+BIM+FM), which takes "decentralised control and centralised management" as its guiding ideology to achieve the sharing and management of information resources. It provides an efficient, convenient, and reliable means of management by improving working efficiency and providing a comfortable working environment, minimising management staff at the same time, saving energy, adapting to changes in the environment and the diversity and complexity of work, and reacting to and dealing with global events promptly on time.
