Abstract

The results of studying the parameters of the nuclear quadrupole resonance spectra I127 of mixed layered semiconductors Pb1-xCoxI2 (0.0 ≤ x ≤ 0.1) were carried out. A change in the frequency and integrated intensity of the I127 NQR spectrum lines with a change in the Co+2 content was recorded. The possibility of the formation of nanocluster structures associated with the ferromagnetic influence of Co+2 ions is discussed. A deviation from the exponentiality of the spin-spin quadrupole relaxation time T2 is established, which indicates the heterogeneity of the distribution of nanocluster structures over the crystal volume.
