Abstract

The article aims to clarify the definition of judicial rights and emphasize their independence. Through this analysis, the current status of judicial rights is evaluated, and recommendations for actions and improvements are proposed. These suggestions are aimed at fostering a progressive implementation of judicial rights within the framework of a law-based socialist state in our nation today.
