Abstract
米国心エコー図学会（American Society of Echocardiography：ASE）から，心エコー図法による右心機能の評価方法が多数提言されて以来，肺高血圧症における心エコー図による右心機能評価は一般化しつつある．それらの指標を用いたスクリーニング方法と重症度判定について，欧州心臓病学会（European Society of Cardiology：ESC）の肺高血圧症の診断と治療のガイドラインに則り，解説する．
