Abstract

A 42-year-old man with a mild asthma and recurrent sinusitis presented to hospital with an acute left pontine ischemic stroke with negative workup for possible etiologies. On computed tomography, he was found to have an incidental finding of paratracheal lymphadenopathy, where biopsy of the lymph nodes showed caseating granulomas.
