Abstract

With the increase in life expectancy and advancing age, there is growing demand to consider definitive radiotherapy as a treatment option for older patients with lung cancer. There is a paucity of published literature on the use of hypofractionated radiotherapy schedules for treating elderly patients. We report our experience utilizing hypofractionated radiotherapy regimens in older patients.
