Abstract
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and left ventricular non-compaction (LVNC) are AHA – recognized cardiomyopathies with distinct clinical and pathoanatomical features and presumed differing etiologies. We present a case of end-stage dilated cardiomyopathy showing clinical and pathological features of both diseases.
