Comparaison prospective en double aveugle croise chez 18 prematures se servant a eux-memes de temoins, places sous alimentation parenterale et recevant comme emulsion lipidique soit de l'intralipid (huile de soja) soit du liposyn. L'hypertriglyceridemie apparait plus frequente et plus importante apres administration du liposyn qui doit etre utilise avec reserve chez les enfants les plus prematures
