Abstract
Hyperthyroid heart disease is a series of signs and symptoms of cardiovascular system resuiting from metabolic disorder,which caused by the direct or indirect toxic actions of excessive thyroid hormones.Its pathogenesis is associated with age of patient,coulee of disease,regular therapy or not,hypopotas-saemia,infection,pregnancy and SO on.There is no unified diagnostic standard at present.Heart dilatation,ar-rhythmia and/or heart failure are thought necessary signs and symptoms.But in order to decrease misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,we should exclude heart diseases caused by other reasons.The majority of hyperthymid heart disease are often curative or improved companied by the controll of hyperthyroidism,although some patients will hold it all the time,even become permanent sequelae.
