Abstract
Background: Breast cancer is the most common cancer in females. Despite many advances in various treatment methods for breast cancer, local recurrence remains a problem occurring in up to 10 % of patients after treatment. Women in the arab world present with late presentations and advanced stages of disease in the form of large tumor size and pathological nodal involvement and inflammatory breast cancer.
