Abstract
Hyper-Kamiokande (HK) is a next generation underground water Cherenkov detector with 260,000 tons of water and 40% photo coverage. With about 10 times larger fiducial volume than Super-Kamiokande, HK will offer a broad science program such as neutrino oscillation studies, proton decay searches, and neutrino astrophysics with unprecedented sensitivities. The details of the detector, water tank, photo sensors and electronics will be described as well as the performance and physics sensitivities.
