Abstract
The Cd II spectrum has been investigated in the region λλ 4200-8500 with Fabry-Perot etalons. Of the thirteen lines examined, only λ 8067 has any structure. From the structure of the 62S½ term it is calculated that the g (I) factor of the odd isotopes is - 1.25 proton magnetons.
