Abstract
Perirectal actinomycosis in a 63-year-old woman responded to hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Though perirectal actinomycosis is a relatively rare lesion, further trial of hyperbaric oxygen therapy is indicated in the treatment of actinomycotic infections in general.
