Abstract

In2O3 nanosheets with porous structure were synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method, and their morphology, nanostructure and sensing properties were characterized by a series of technical means. These results show that the In2O3 sensor not only has good sensitivity and stability to methane, but also shows a good exponential function relationship between response and methane concentration. The excellent gas sensing performance of In2O3 sensor is mainly attributed to its unique nanostructure.
