Abstract
Eu3+-doped silicate phosphors are prepared hydrothermally. The effects of mineralizer, concentration, source materials, reaction time, and temperature were are studied. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were applied to characterize the phase and morphology of the products. Thermo stability was evaluated by thermal gravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry analysis. Photoluminescence spectroscopy was used to study the luminescent properties.
