Abstract

Abstract Ferroelectrics which have their transition temperatures near OK have peculiar characteristics compared to usual ferroelectrics. Two hydrogen bonded ferroelectrics, tris-sarcosine calcium bromide (TSCB) and KH2AsO4 were studied as functions of hydrostatic pressure. The dielectric constants and the Tc vs pressure phase diagrams for both ferroelectrics show behaviors known for quantum ferroelectrics.
