Introduction

The radiolysis of aqueous solutions of tributylphosphate, butylacetate and isobutylacetate under the γ-radiation in an argon atmosphere has been studied. При радиолизе водных растворов ТБФ в нейтральной среде образуются два основных типа радикалов: 1) CH3CH2CH2–СН–О–P(O)(OC4H9)2 с выходом 3,3 и 2) (C4H9O)3P– O– с выходом 2,7 молекула/100 эВ. Образование непосредственно молекул бутанола-1 возможно при гидролизе радикалов второго типа: (C4H9O)3P– O– + Н2О → C4H9OН + (C4H9O)2(HO)P– O– . Добавление в щелочной раствор ТБФ пропанола-2 (0,1 м/л), как акцептора ОН и Н радикалов, практически не снижало выход бутанола-1, который составил 2,5 молекула/100 эВ.
