Abstract

FigureEndoscopic pancreatic necrosectomy can be a challenging procedure requiring the use of multiple retreival devices and more than one endoscopic procedure to achieve adequate debridement. We discribe the use of hydrogen peroxide solution in 2 cases of Walled Off Pancreatic Necrosis. Hydrogen peroxide irrigation aided with the debridment of the necrosum from the stent and debridment of necrotic material off the cavity wall, leaving a red healthy appearing granulation tissue covering the cavity wall.
