Abstract

The theory of superfluid turbulence deals with the flows andcounterflow of HeII under conditions which are usually achieved in the various applied problems. Thus this theory plays a key role in the developing of the methods of description and calculation of the standard problems whenever Hell is used. However the theory of superfluid turbulence itself faces some principal difficulties such as slow decay problem and the question of initial generation of vortices in unperturbed helium. In the paper we show that these classical problem can be resolved at least partly by the methods of hydrodynamics of the superfluid turbulence.
