Abstract
To the Editor: Hydroa vacciniforme-like lymphoma (HVLL) is associated with Epstein-Barr virus and usually occurs in childhood, with most reports coming from East Asia and South America. It manifests clinically with papules and vesicles, mainly on the face and upper extremity, which eventually ulcerate with scar formation. Patients with HVLL may present with systemic manifestations.1
