Abstract

According to the parameters of the Chengliwei CLW5165ZZZD5 garbage truck, the hydraulic system of the lifting device is designed and simulated. Firstly, the working pressure of the hydraulic system is calculated, and then the type of hydraulic components required is designed and selected; Secondly, the hydraulic system sketch is established through AMESim software and the parameter simulation is carried out; Finally, the variation law of pressure, flow, speed, displacement and other parameters of the hydraulic cylinder is analyzed. The results show that the lifting device can make the Chengliwei self-loading garbage truck work normally, and the design requirements meet the working requirements.
