Abstract
Abstract By using a DNA duplex, (5′-GTTACTATATGA-3′/5′-TCATATAGTAAC-3′) under molecular crowding conditions, it was revealed that hydration plays a significant role in the stability of the duplex, in contrast to viscosity and dielectric constant which have little effect.
