Abstract

This article investigates the tactics and countermeasures used by the opposing sides in the course of preparation and hybrid war, and describes their essence and content. It is determined that these tactics and countermeasures must take into account the non-linear structure of strategic forces and capabilities. In addition, recommendations on countering hybrid threats and organizing countermeasures in case of hybrid war in the current context have been proposed.
