Abstract

In the article, a brief review provided of various perspectives on the tactics of surgery in thoracic aorta dissection in pregnant and parturient women. Clinical case presented of successful surgery of dissection type A (Stanford) in the puerperant, with good short and middle term results. The aim of clinical case demonstration is to rise awareness on the risks of aorta dissection in pregnant and puerperant women. It also witness for radicality of the “frozen elephant trunk” technology.

Острая диссекция аорты типа А по классификации Stanford редко осложняет течение беременности, однако ассоциируется с высоким риском летального исхода как матери, так и плода [1]. В представленной статье представлено клиническое наблюдение распознанной диссекции аорты в послеродовом периоде и последующего успешного радикального хирургического лечения пациентки, с использованием технологии “frozen elephant trunk”. При проведении мультиспиральной компьютерной аортографии (МСКТ-аортографии), диагностировано расслоение восходящего отдела грудной аорты типа А до дуги аорты, с распространением на брахиоцефальный ствол, правую подключичную и правые общую и внутреннюю сонные артерии
