Abstract

With the minimum shrinkage mark index, volume shrinkage rate and warpage of a mobile phone shell as the optimization objective, and five process parameters such as mold temperature, melt temperature, injection time, packing time and packing pressure as the influence factors, an orthogonal test method was used to design the five factors and four levels test scheme; the multi-objective optimization could be converted into single objective optimization based on the grey relational analysis, and the optimum combination of process parameters with multiple-objective was obtained. The verification test results show that, through the mixed optimization, the shrinkage index was reduced by 4.94%, the volume shrinkage was reduced by 9.49%, and the warpage was reduced by 2.84%, the problem of balance between multiple-objective was solved effectively and the quality requirement of multiple-objective was satisfied as much as possible.
