Abstract
Ways to implement a hybrid multilevel frequency converter based on a multilevel voltage inverter (NPC inverter) with two series-connected single-phase inverters in the output phases, which are used in the reactive-cell mode without a source are examined. The voltage ratio for inverters is 9: 3: 1.
