Abstract

In this article, a transmission scheme based on the chaotic hybrid delayed dynamics for private communications is proposed. It is based on the synchronisation of two chaotic systems using unknown-input observers. Our approach improves the security of the proposed scheme against intruders through an intricate encryption system. In addition, our approach is robust to channel noise. The main idea is to separate the encryption and synchronisation operations by using two coupled chaotic systems (hybrid) in the transmitter. Technically, the scheme is based on impulsive and delayed observers; these have the advantage to estimate the transmitter states and to reconstruct the unknown inputs simultaneously. Simulation results are presented to highlight the performances of the proposed method.
