Abstract
本文报道1例发生于55岁男性的肝脏原发性透明血管型Castleman病伴滤泡树突细胞异型增生的病例。组织学表现为透明血管型Castleman病背景中滤泡间区和滤泡生发中心出现有异型的梭形肿瘤细胞，肿瘤细胞表达CD21、CD23、CD35。该病罕见，提示肝脏Castleman病应广泛取材避免遗漏滤泡树突细胞病变区域，造成疾病漏诊。.
