Abstract
Heating Ventilation Air conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC & R) system is an important sub-system in modern lifestyle. Every industry and household require an air conditioning arrangement for ambience control. In this paper, an HVAC & R system for an IT building is explained, with all the steps which are to be performed before we can install AC units in the building. From an industry point of view, we need to prepare an energy efficient design whilst maintaining all the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) measures required for human comfort. Thus, in this paper, we have performed a theoretical heat load calculation and designing of the ducting system along with the equipment selection with their costs.
