Abstract

Abstract Every profession can take pride in its achievements in the past and in the contribution it has made to its country's needs during war. This article describes war-time cartography during the period covered by the Huon Peninsula campaign map which appears elsewhere in this issue. The article was compiled in May 1957 from information supplied by the officers in charge of the topographic detachments engaged, together with material supplied by the Royal Australian Survey Corps.
