Abstract
Many of you will have seen the BBC TV series ‘What's really in our food?’ that was screened last week. The episode shown on Thursday 29 November featured hospital food and issues around feeding patients. Series presenter and MasterChef judge, Gregg Wallace, learned how to feed a patient and experienced what it was like to be fed. For those of you that missed it, a short video clip from the programme showing Gregg being taught how to feed someone can be viewed on the BBC website (BBC, 2007).
