Abstract

Inflammation the external genitals takes first place in the structure gynecological diseases girls and young women. The frequency vulvovaginitis according to different authors range from 12 to 93%, and 60% disease is recurrent in nature. In the evolution the doctrine immunity was an allocation of the immune system mucous membranes the overall immune system. Mucosa has all types immune cells (lymphocytes, leukocytes, monocytes, macrophages, etc.) required for generating an immune response. Objective . Improved diagnostic techniques, in order to optimize the treatment vaginitis, and the girls to preserve the reproductive potential in the future. The objectives the study . Identify the features humoral, cellular, local immunity, pro- and anti-cytokine status girls suffering from vulvovaginitis. Methods : immunological and statistical. Results and discussion . It is shown that the development vulvovaginitis in girls' puberty accompanied by an increase in the content vulvovaginal lysozyme activity at 67.80%, which confirms the presence antigen (germ) stimulating factors and mechanisms nonspecific anti-infectious protection (natural immunity) the vaginal mucosa in girls puberty with vulvovaginitis.. Also increases the concentration secretory IgA at 76.06%, which is a testament not only to the activation non-specific factors and mechanisms anti-infectious defense, and formed specific mechanisms reactivity vaginal mucosa in these patients. It is shown that girls in puberty with vulvovaginitis significantly increases the concentration preimmune and immune cytokines is an indication the presence antigenic stimulation (microbial contamination) and increased activation factors and mechanisms as a nonspecific anti-infectious protection and adequate specific immune response by increasing the regulatory function preimmune and immune cytokines. It increased by 16.67% the amount TNF-α, which is considered one the key regulators the innate reactivity, along with IL-1β, and interferon α and β. Main cells secreting TNF-α, are monocytes / macrophages and natural killer cells. TNF-α is a major mediator host cells, which is synthesized in response to the contamination pathogenic Gram-negative bacteria (lipopolysaccharide). An increase 81.17% concentration IL-1β, the main mediator inflammatory processes with multifunctional role indicates activation IL-2 production, which causes hepato-cytokines production acute phase protein; increase the activity protective features the inflammatory response. The concentration IL-6 multipurpose increased by 49.28%, indicating that the girls puberty with vulvovaginitis, enhanced the differentiation B-lymphocytes and immunoglobulin production all classes and production acute phase proteins. Increase by 21.13% immune inflammatory IL-10 is an indication the suppressive effect on the formation a specific immune response, inhibition production proinflammatory cytokines by T helper type I (Th-1), which improves the efficiency the cellular immune response. Conclusion . The above indicates that the development vulvovaginitis in girls' puberty is accompanied by the activation factors and mechanisms non-specific and specific immune anti-infection as a systemic and local security. This activates the regulatory function preimmune (first generation) and immune (second generation) cytokines in peripheral blood, as well as increased non-specific protective function (lysozyme) and specific immune (secretory immunoglobulin A (sIgA) humoral factors secretory contents the vagina.
