Abstract

ZnO is widely studied due to its fascinating properties useful for variety of application, specifically for the measurement of humidity. Humidity measurement is of great importance in a wide variety of commercial and industrial applications. Sensor based on ZnO depict prominence, further, doping with various elements results in sensing enhancement. A thorough review of doped ZnO for humidity sensing objective is carried out. A considerable part of the review is focused on the different structures of ZnO, further, emphasis on the kind dopant used in ZnO humidity sensing.
