Abstract

Objective To explore the application of Humanistic concern+ psychological on improving the quality of life of cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. Methods 80 cases of patients with malignant tumor were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, basic nursing in the course of chemotherapy was given in both two groups. The humanities concern and psychological nursing intervention was treated to patients in the treatment group. After 2 cycles, by RECIST solid tumor curative effect evaluation criteria, efficacy was evaluated and the quality of life(QOL) score was assessed. Results There was no significant difference in the objective response rate(RR), there was significant difference in disease control rate(DCR) between treatment group and control group(P<0.05). Quality of life in the treatment group than was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Humanistic concern+psychological care could improve quality of life for cancer chemotherapy patients and improve long- term disease control rate, which is worthy of draw promotion.
