Abstract

Objective To study the humanistic nursing service effects in outpatient care. Methods 865 patients from January 2009 to December 2009 in hospital were treated with humanistic care and services, and after treatment, the satisfaction with nursing care and other situation were investigated by questionnaire. Results The degree of satisfaction of 865 patients was over 96% on the aspects of outpatient environment, health education, nurse-patient relations, technical level, patient guidance and patient management.Conclusion The implementation of humanistic care services can enhance the value of outpatient care work, raise the degree of patient satisfaction, and improve the hospital's social and economic benefits.
