Abstract

Results of studying the variation in heart rate and the integrated index of health in healthy young subjects with differently expressed temperamental features are presented. It has been found that subjects with differently expressed temperamental features characterizing behavioral activity have specific features of the autonomic regulation of functions, which determines the expression and efficiency of adaptive responses and, as a result, different health levels.
