Abstract

This article reviews human rights violations committed by Russians in Ukraine from February 24, 2022 to June 1, 2022. It argues that the system of human rights protection did not have a significant impact on Russia and turned out to be ineffective during the war. The article considers the rules of international human rights law and international humanitarian law that can be applied during the wartime.
