Abstract

The behaviour of the employees in the organisation have to produce, but sometimes this behaviour not only in the production but also disrupt the production process has prevented the organisation to achieve its goals. However, some factors such as human resources, effective measures can prevent malicious behaviour. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between HRM practices and deviant behaviours in the workplace effectiveness of agro-livestock in Isfahan. The study population consisted of experts and managers Cultivation and Livestock Company of FOKA and the simple random sampling method was used for the sample of 122 people has been estimated as equivalent. The instrument used for data collection in this study is self-made questionnaire. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of human resource management practices in various areas of recruitment, training, performance evaluation and compensation is a significant negative relationship with deviant behaviours. Deviant behaviour in recent years has attracted the attention of researchers, the effectiveness of human resource practices, can be of value and originality of the paper.
