Human Relations and Instructional Leadership Behavior of the Subject Area Coordinators of the High School Department in a Private Sectarian University

Abstract

This study attempted to determine and describe the human relations and instructional leadership behavior of the subject area coordinators of the Ateneo de Manila High School. It also investigated the possible relationships between the subject area coordinators’ human relations and their instructional leadership behaviors. Results of this study served as basis in the development of an operational plan to enhance the human relations and instructional leadership behaviors of the subject area coordinators for the next school year. Using a descriptive survey method, this study involved ninety-nine (99) participants wich consisted of nine (9) subject area coordinators and ninety (90) teachers from different subject areas.
