Abstract

Today, important changes are taking place in the field of management, as in every field. The most important element of contemporary structures that can gain competitive advantage by putting forward high technological outputs is well-trained people. Making people effective in the organizational structure is the main purpose of management. In this context, management spends most of its managerial effort to use human competencies for organizational purposes in the most effective way, to integrate people shaped by current conditions into organizational goals. All these facts lead the management to search for how to make people most effective in the organizational structure. In this sense, Total Quality Management (TQM) provides an important methodological support to the management. With this work; The paradigm and administrative tools that will help to create the administrative processes for the integration of the human and the organization in the organizational structure will be put forward in the context of TQM principles.
