Target Audience: Physicians and researchers within the field of allergic disease. Activity Objectives (a) To review general structure, function, and regulation of chemokines and their receptors. (b) To review the role of chemokines and chemokine receptors in asthma. (c) To provide an integrated mechanism to explain the interaction between IL-13 and chemokines in the pathogenesis of asthma.
