Abstract
HE4 and SLPI are protease inhibitors that are expressed in the ovaries and the female genital tract. HE4 is up-regulated by progesterone and is localized in the secretory endometrium during the window of receptivity. We sought to identify serum levels of HE4 and SLPI and their potential as predictive markers of IVF outcome.
