Abstract
The IFAC Committee on Education very strongly supported the organization of the 3rd DCCS workshop in Beijing, and suggested this panel session to deal with the educational and human engineering aspects of Distributed Computer Control Systems. Five specialists were invited to present their view points as introduction to a more general discussion guided by the EDCOM chairman P. Martin Larsen.
