Abstract
Dendritic cells instruct naïve T-cells to differentiate into various effector cells determining immune responses such as allergy or tolerance. Our objective was to identify peanut extract (PE)-induced changes in gene expression in human myeloid dendritic cells (mDC), and assess the role of differentially expressed genes in the induction of T-cell differentiation.
