Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) stands as a transformative force with profound implications across various domains, including human capital management (HCM), especially in the field of education. In education, AI's integration promises to revolutionize traditional teaching methods, offering adaptive learning experiences and personalized feedback while challenging traditional pedagogical structures. Yet, risks include widening disparities in access to quality education and the erosion of human connection in learning environments, highlighting the need for ethical AI governance and socio-culturally sensitive approaches. Ultimately, the effective utilization of AI in education necessitates a nuanced understanding of its opportunities and dangers within the socio-cultural contexts in which they operate, fostering equitable and inclusive outcomes.
