Abstract

In the era of ever greater progress as well as the development of competences and broadening horizons, it is natural that access to specialized staff is more and more transparent than a few or several years ago. Increasingly galloping inflation and challenges that face all kinds of enterprises as well as the labor market itself, high competences begin to play a greater role in proper and proper management. The challenges brought by 2022 can be called, in a sense, the accumulation of the last several years. Why cumulative? First of all, attention should be paid to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, which has been bubbling between the two countries for many years. It reached its climax on February 24, 2022. The pandemic period also had an impact on the demand for highly competent employees, during which many people increased their qualifications. It should also be mentioned that creative work is a kind of source with a positive value that provides benefits to the company. Institutions should ensure, first of all, appropriate safeguards, including social ones, as well as adequate access to education.
