The results of the analysis conclude that there is a positive relationship between academic stress and academic performance. Based on these results, it can be seen that students who experience stress will actually be more motivated to study harder. The higher the stress or pressure that students feel during the learning process, the more motivated students will be to be more diligent in learning and better at carrying out the assignments given by the teacher. This of course will make students' academic grades better. The stress that students experience is positive stress or eustress. Positive stress makes students not give up with the pressure they experience but on the contrary, positive stress will bring a sense of enthusiasm and desire to fight against academic pressures. The ability of students to turn negative stress into positive stress is inseparable from the daily activities of students which affect their behavior such as always thinking, praying and fasting which can reduce negative thoughts and excessive feelings of anxiety.
