Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of tahfizd participants in the Al-Hasib Banyan Al-Hasib TPQ-TPSQ allegedly due to the lack of management of the learning environment in Al-Hasib Nagari TPQ-TPSQ Lansat Kadap, Rao Selatan District, Pasaman Regency. This study aims to: (1) describe the management of the learning environment, (2) describe the learning outcomes of participants, and (3) see the relationship between the management of the learning environment and the learning outcomes of tahfizd participants at TPQ / TPSQ Al-Hasib in Beringin. This study is classified as correlational quantitative with a population of all TPQ and TPSQ participants consisting of elementary school children in grades V and VI and junior classes I, II, III with 28 people. While the sample was taken as much as 75% of the population, amounting to 21 people with stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using structured interviews and then analyzed using descriptive analysis and the rhank order correlation formula. The results showed that: (1) the management of learning environment in TPQ-TPSQ Al-Hasib was categorized as still not good, (2) the learning outcomes of tahfizd participants in TPQ-TPSQ Al-Hasib Banyan were relatively low, and (3) there was a significant relationship between management of the learning environment with the learning outcomes of tahfizd participants at the TPQ / TPSQ Al-Hasib Banyan Nagari Lansat Kadap Kecamatan Rao Selatan Pasaman RegencyKeywords: environmental management, learning outcomes
